Founded in 2003, Bower Designs was formed with the intent of helping architects, designers, developers, home builders, and realtors visualize and promote their products while striving to meet a deadline and maintaining a feasible budget.

Bower Designs offers a wide range of rendering styles to compliment any design. Renderings allow a client to study, refine, and propose their project, insuring communication is clear and concise before, during, and after construction. Our goal is to help bridge the gap between vision and reality.
Schematic Rendering
"Loose" design studies via computer generated images help communicate the design in the early stages of development. At times, 2d cad drawings and details can be difficult to interpret and visualize making this type of rendering beneficial and essential in the overall design process.
Non-Photo Realistic Rendering
NPR for short - flat color renderings aid in the process of color selection and define the design more clearly with the help of shadowing and visual depth. Materials are selected and colors are introduced as overlays to create definition.
3d Realistic Rendering
Computer generated 3d perspectives give the client an exact representation of what to expect from their project once it has been completed. Technology allows the client to market their project quicker, sometimes before construction even begins.
